We are a contract therapy company that partners with home health agencies to help clients regain the skills they need to stay in their homes. We provide physical, occupational and speech therapy services to assist your clients in reaching the highest possible level of independence and work one-on-one in their own environment, making services completely relevant to their needs and goals.
Key Rehab therapists are trained to:
Perform OASIS completion
Complete all evaluations within home health regulations
Develop specialized treatment programs that meet patient needs
Understand the intricate nature in writing home health orders
Optimize patient visits and minimize unexpected LUPAS
Assist in GG functional scoring for best clinical category selection
Participate in interdisciplinary weekly meeting for comprehensive discharge planning.
Therapists are trained in all Medicare rules including all critical time points, home bound status qualifiers, functional scoring, and our staff maintain high standards of home health documentation to minimize denials. Our clinical team conducts regular auditing to ensure compliance and maximize reimbursement. We work to help each client meet their full potential and our outcomes are exceptional!
We are unique in that we pay our therapists for all their time, not a per-visit rate. This allows them to spend the right amount of time with each client – and our client satisfaction shows!
