Below are easy to follow instructions to retrieve your payroll stubs paperless. This is just another way we can embrace “going green” plus you have all your latest payroll stubs right in front of you.

• Follow the link to the log in screen
• Clicking on the link will take you to the web address: https://keyrehab.greenemployee.com.  Your login is your social security number and your date of birth.
• This website allows you access to the following:
  1. Instant access to your current paystub
  2. Access to multiple previous pay stubs
  3. Immediate notification via an email of your newest pay stub by adding or updating your email address
  4. Immediate notification of your net pay just by entering your cell phone number. A text message of your most recent net paywill be sent to this cell phone number.
  5. Option to consent to receive your upcoming W-2 electronically (will only need to do this once per calendar year)
  6. The items will be opened in pdf format and may be printed or saved.
  7. You may log back in and view your pay stubs as often as you like.
