Janet S. Irwin

Janet S. Irwin, M.A. CCC-SLP, is our CEO/President. She was previously Executive Vice President of Operations of a comprehensive rehabilitation corporation and Vice President of Clinical Operations for a national rehabilitation corporation. Since receiving her Master’s Degree from the University of Iowa in 1976, Ms. Irwin has worked in a variety of settings including hospital, subacute rehabilitation, long term care, specialized traumatic brain injury, home health and outpatient. She has been a CARF surveyor and has presented at CARF conferences. She maintains current certification in speech-language pathology. Ms. Irwin has been appointed by the Governors of both Tennessee and Iowa to serve on the Board of Examiners for Speech Pathology and Audiology.

Randy K. Schertz

Randy Schertz, Executive Vice President/CFO, has over 20 years of accounting experience, with 12 years specifically in healthcare accounting. He was previously Vice President of Finance of a comprehensive rehabilitation corporation, Controller of a national rehabilitation company, Controller of a nursing home corporation and Financial Manager for a regional nursing home corporation. He has extensive experience in Medicare and Medicaid cost reports. His experience with PPS allows him to be an effective resource not only for the therapists and supervisors but our clients and bookkeepers.
