Patients experiencing trouble with problems in the following areas:
- Performing activities of daily living:
- feeding him/herself
- dressing him/herself
- bathing him/herself
- toileting him/herself
- grooming him/herself
- moving about in bed
- getting in and out of bed
- limitations in arm and hand use
- propelling him/herself in a wheelchair
- wheelchair positioning
- impaired thinking due to dementia and/or neurologic impairment preparing to return home after an acute illness or injury
