We work with you to develop your hospital’s rehab department.  With a thorough assessment of your current program and with our assistance, you can design your rehab services to meet your community and hospital’s needs.  Examples include cost effective enhancement of therapy services to your acute patients, developing your home health agency to bring quality rehab services to your home bound community members, developing your outpatient services in addition to building your occupational health program for your employee’s and for your community’s businesses.  If your hospital is designated as a Critical Access Hospital, we can additionally provide value added services such as functional outcome systems, clinical pathways, nurse case management (to list a few).

As with our other programs, we can provide the entire department and integrate with your staff, or we can provide selected disciplines or overall rehab department management with your employees.  We provide you with options, and the options that you select are carefully outlined in our agreement.  As your program develops, you can then select additional options and programs to offer an entire continuum of care within your hospital’s service area.
